Del Mar College Says Thank You
Newly elected PVF Roundtable Vice President Eric Weimar attended the Del Mar College appreciation luncheon where the Roundtable was recognized for its scholarship donations for 2024. Weimar got to meet several scholarship recipients and hear how these funds helped them with school this year. “It’s one thing to raise the money and write the big checks but meeting the students in person and hearing how appreciative they are and how these donations prevented them from dropping out – it’s an eye-opening experience,” says Weimar. “These students were so thankful, and it ignited a passion for me that will fuel my new role as VP to keep these donations growing to help as many students as we can. It’s an investment in the future of the PVF industry – a positive impact for all involved.”
