Currently responsible for overseeing operations and strategic initiatives, Jamie began her journey in the Oil and Gas sector in 2007 when she joined a precision machine shop as an administrative professional. Jamie remembers, “Over time, I had the opportunity to broaden my horizons and transitioned into a role in Sales, where I gained valuable experience in understanding customer needs and building strong relationships within the industry. However, it was my subsequent move to the Valves division that truly shaped my career trajectory. I discovered a deep passion for the intricacies involved in this field and quickly realized that once you enter the world of valves, it becomes a lifelong commitment. The technical expertise required, combined with the ever-evolving nature of the industry, has captivated me ever since.”
