We are currently developing software solutions that leverage our AI's core capabilities to streamline the RFQ process for both Projects and MRO within the PVF industry. Our software will seamlessly integrate with existing workflows, allowing sales teams to effortlessly input BOMs in various formats, including XLS files and even plain-text descriptions from emails. The AI will then intelligently parse and analyze each line item, extracting crucial information and organizing it into a structured, easy-to-manage format.
But this is just the beginning. The true potential of our AI lies in its ability to interface with ERP systems, allowing it to identify the most suitable product options for each line item. We are currently in the process of implementing this game-changing feature with one of our partners, and it will soon be available in production.
