PVF Roundtable Young Professionals Wrap Up a Strong Second Quarter with Two Standout Events

The second quarter of 2025 was a busy and successful one for the PVF Roundtable Young Professionals (YP), as the group hosted two dynamic events aimed at bringing the industry together while continuing to support its core mission of education and community building.

The quarter kicked off with our 3rd Annual Bowling Tournament on June 12th at Lucky Strike in Houston. With participation from 25 companies across the industry, more than 150 bowlers filled the lanes for a night of camaraderie and competition. The evening featured team-based bowling, a costume contest, food, and drinks in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere that blended networking with fun.

Thanks to the strong turnout and generosity of attendees, the event raised an outstanding $18,291 for the PVF Roundtable Scholarship Fund. The tournament not only delivered a great time for all involved, but it also directly contributed to helping students pursue careers in the PVF industry through scholarships that support vocational, technical, and engineering education.

This event continues to grow year after year, and it’s inspiring to see so many industry professionals come together to support the next generation of PVF. The energy in the room was incredible, and the impact of these scholarships will be felt for years to come.

The PVF Roundtable Young Professionals extend their sincere thanks to all participating companies, attendees, and event sponsors for making the night a resounding success.

Midland Social – June 26 | Midland, TX

Just two weeks later, the YP group hosted a West Texas Social Event on June 26th at Fair to Midland in Midland, TX. With more than 70 industry professionals in attendance, the evening provided a casual yet impactful setting for networking, relationship-building, and spreading awareness of the PVF Roundtable’s mission in the West Texas region.

Attendees from across the Permian Basin connected over drinks, food, and shared experiences, with many first-time participants gaining insight into the role and impact of the Young Professionals network within the PVF community.

A Quarter of Growth and Impact

These Q2 events exemplify the momentum behind the PVF Roundtable Young Professionals and their dedication to uniting industry members while giving back. As the group looks ahead to the second half of the year, the success of these gatherings reinforces their mission: to cultivate the next generation of PVF leaders through connection, development, and education.
