A Cowboy, Cocktails, Caviar, and Comedy

The PVF Roundtable recently hosted its annual sit-down dinner, featuring this year’s special guest speaker, Chad Prather. Known for his quick-witted, fast-talking humor, Prather kept the audience laughing as members enjoyed Texas Caviar and networked with more than 450 guests from across the PVF market.
Before the show, PVF Roundtable President Sara Alford proudly announced that all colleges and trade schools supported by the Roundtable received $50,000 each in scholarship donations—except for the University of Houston and Texas A&M, which receive ongoing support through established endowments. Each school was presented with an oversized check, much to the delight of their representatives. These funds are raised through charitable events such as the annual golf tournament, TroutBlast, and sponsorships of networking meetings throughout the year.
With this year’s contributions, the Roundtable has donated a total of $2.6 million since its inception—moving steadily toward its goal of surpassing $3 million by 2026.
