address; it was a testament to Walter’s leadership, signaling that Western Forge & Flange would always progress.
Through it all, Walter has remained grounded. His secret? Leading by example and knowing there is always a way to get in front of something before it is too late. "Experience," he says, "is learning from your screw-ups and mastering the execution". He led with both openness and vision, embodying the words of Martin Luther King Jr., a quote that sits on his desk each day— "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."
Today, Western Forge & Flange stands as a leader in its field, employing 130 dedicated professionals and earning a reputation for excellence. With one of the most extensive inventories of premium and exotic U.S. made metals in the country, the company has solidified its position as an industry powerhouse. Despite the changes over the years, Walter's leadership has remained a constant, guiding the company through transitions with unwavering focus.
