February Social Event in Midland, TX: Expanding the Reach Beyond Houston
The YP’s hosted their 2nd Social Event in Midland, TX and it was a shining example of how far the group has come in building a community beyond the borders of Houston. Despite icy and freezing conditions, the event drew a remarkable 70 attendees, surpassing attendance at the first social event in West Texas. As the Young Professionals continue to grow, the group’s focus is on creating meaningful relationships and helping the next generation of PVF leaders thrive—both in Houston and beyond. Midland, with its thriving oil and gas industry, is a key area for expansion, and the growth of this event signals a promising future for more YP events across the state.

First place was secured by Kies Solutions, while WOI snagged the Dead Ass Last trophy.
However, the event wasn't just about hitting targets—it was a celebration of camaraderie, networking, and a shared commitment to the industry’s future. This Clay Shoot has become a staple event for YP’s and raised an incredible $30,000 which is donated to the PVF Roundtable Scholarship Fund. These funds will provide opportunities for young professionals looking to pursue careers in the PVF industry, helping them further their education and reach their full potential.
