ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Shanna McKelvain is a seasoned business development professional with two decades of experience in the flange sales.
After graduating from Sam Houston State University in 2005, I began my career as an inside sales representative, quickly learning the nuances of flange manufacturing, customer service, and the PVF Industry. In 2014, I joined Federal Flange as an outside sales representative, where I was able to enrich my flange knowledge and deepen customer relationships. As Federal Flange grew and later became part of OneWest Manufacturing Partners, my responsibilities expanded beyond traditional outside sales. My role has evolved into a broader business development position, now encompassing not only flange sales but also supporting the growth of additional product lines such as pipe fittings and pressure vessel connectors.
