A Year of Growth and New Leadership: PVF Roundtable Young Professionals Reflect on 2025 By Shanna McKelvain
As 2025 comes to a close, the PVF Roundtable Young Professionals are celebrating a year of tremendous achievements and exciting leadership transitions. From expanding the committee to hosting multiple successful events, 2025 can only be described as a year of exceptional growth.
Leadership Transitions: Celebrating Caroline’s Advancement and Welcoming Claudia
One of the most notable milestones of 2025 was the leadership transition within the YP committee. Caroline Capelle, who has played a pivotal role in guiding the Young Professionals, resigned from her position as YP Lead to join the PVF Roundtable Board. Her election to the board is a testament to her dedication, industry involvement, and meaningful contributions she made throughout her time with the YPs. The committee is incredibly proud to see her continue making an impact at a higher level within the PVF organization. Caroline states “Serving on the PVF YP committee has been a truly amazing and enriching experience. I had the privilege of working with an extraordinary group of people whose dedication, collaboration and energy made every project meaningful. The team’s spirit and commitment are what made the PVF YP’s so special. As I step into my new role on the PVF Roundtable board, I’m grateful for the strong, inspiring group of people that made this journey unforgettable.”
Stepping into the role of YP Lead is Claudia Puente (AIV), who has been a committed and highly effective member of the group for the past two years. Serving as the Social Event Lead, Claudia has been responsible for some of our most engaging and well-attended events. Her passion for building community and her strong organizational leadership make her an ideal fit for the role as she carries the YP vision forward into 2026.
