PERSPECTIVES
A Community Gathering For The City
The Perspectives Series is an open forum for the Nashville community featuring locally and nationally revered speakers and thought leaders on topics of parenting, education, resilience, and faith. The evening offerings are open to all ages and will explore different perspectives of faith in action. Geared towards parents, the lunch offerings feature topics on the 21st century family. Both are held on campus and open to the public, free of charge.

CPA welcomed Bob Goff to campus to inaugurate the Perspectives series. Over 800 guests heard from the inspiring New York Times Best-Selling Author of Love Does, Honorary Consul to the Republic of Uganda, and attorney who founded Love Does— a nonprofit human rights organization operating in Uganda, India, Nepal, Iraq and Somalia.

Dr. Perkins is president of the John and Vera Mae Perkins Foundation of Jackson, Mississippi. He is one of the leading evangelical voices to come out of the American civil rights movement. He is also an internationally known author, speaker, and teacher on issues of racial reconciliation and Christian community development.
