Major League Baseball All-Star Darryl
Strawberry is a living legend in the game.
His performance in the batter box and his
prodigious home runs led the New York Mets
to a World Series championship in 1986 and
the New York Yankees to three World Series
championships in 1996, 1998, and 1999.
Though Darryl was extremely successful
in his career, his personal life was plagued
with addictions, abuse, divorces, cancer,
and jail time. Eventually finding true
redemption and restoration in Jesus Christ,
his testimony speaks to hope and helping
others transform their lives through the
power of the gospel.
