ENHANCED FEATURES Advanced communications for remote access, 32 alarms, 32 relays, and intelligent functionality, including independent auto- calibration to help minimize operational and maintenance costs. It is backwards compatible with existing 4100 installations, complying with the same standards and agreements, making it easy to upgrade. SERVOPRO MultiExact 4100 FOR MEDICAL GAS MEASUREMENTS An intuitive, icon-driven touchscreen interface allows easy interaction, while a USB serial port enables data logging, software upgrades and duplication of analyzer configurations using a thumb drive. RELIABLE MULTI-GAS ANALYSIS FOR MEDICAL GAS PURITY. For many years, the SERVOPRO 4100 multi-gas analyzer has been a dependable solution for monitoring medical gas purity. This reliability continues in the SERVOPRO MultiExact 4100, which combines Servomex’s trusted gas sensing technologies with digital stability and advanced features. Configurable with up to four world- leading gas analysis sensors in a single platform, the MultiExact 4100 is designed to measure simultaneous gas streams including oxygen, nitrogen, methane, nitrous oxide, carbon monoxide, argon, helium and carbon dioxide. For medical gas measurements, it is typically fitted with a Paramagnetic OXYGEN ASSAY ANALYSIS For this application the MultiExact 4100 uses the inherently linear Paramagnetic oxygen sensor with temperature control and pressure compensation, giving a highly stable reading for oxygen purity. It can also offer an uncompensated Paramagnetic oxygen sensor for medical air and a “not oxygen“ measurement for EP argon where temperature and pressure is not as critical. P12 cell for highly stable oxygen readings. Customized Infrared Gas Filter Correlation (Gfx) and Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD) technologies provide the other measurements. These ultra-stable, non- depleting digital sensing technologies deliver a low cost of ownership and extended maintenance intervals. They also provide accuracy at levels which meet or exceed the requirements of the European Pharmacopeia (EP) and US Pharmacopeia (USP). ADD MOISTURE MEASUREMENT H 2 O The MultiExact 4100 also seamlessly interfaces with the AquaXact 1688 moisture sensor for a simultaneous moisture measurement alongside three other gas readings. The minimum range available is 0-10ppm – however, the analyzer can be calibrated over a 0-5ppm range to satisfy EP requirements. Infrared Gfx technology is also used for this application, providing a precise and specific measurement with high stability. The standard range is 0-500ppm, and this can also be calibrated over a 0-300ppm range to satisfy both the EP and USP requirements for 300 and 500ppm CO 2 . The Infrared Gfx technology can also be optimized for this application, delivering an accurate, stable measurement of methane in the 0-50ppm range, thus satisfying EP requirements. Utilizing Servomex’s TCD technology, the MultiExact 4100 is able to meet EP and USP requirements for N 2 assay of 99.5% and 99% purity respectively. The MultiExact 4100 can use each of the separate technologies to meet the purity requirement of >98% for N 2 O. TCD is needed to fulfill USP regulations, while the EP requires an Infrared Gfx measurement. P13
