THE MonoExact DF310E AND AquaXact 1688 PROVIDE A FAST, ACCURATE AND
RELIABLE MEASUREMENT SOLUTION.
In addition, the MonoExact DF310E was
designed alongside the AquaXact 1688
moisture sensor for quick connection
and seamless integration, providing a
simultaneous, dual measurement of
oxygen and moisture. Built around sensitive, stable Aluminum
Oxide sensing technology, the AquaXact
1688 delivers a fast response. A
weatherproof stainless steel case
ensures the sensor remains unaffected by
condensation and liquid water.
Using the supplied cable, which can
be customized to the required length,
the AquaXact 1688 interfaces with
the MonoExact DF310E via a seven-pin
connector. Once the MonoExact DF310E
is switched on, it automatically detects
the sensor. It measures dew point from -100 to 20oC,
and moisture at ppm levels. Accurate
to within 3oC, and with repeatability of
0.5oC, it is suitable for a wide range of gas
phase process applications, including the
measurement of moisture in medical gases.
The analyzer’s touchscreen display
provides control over sensor operations,
including alarms, relays and digital
communication options.
The AquaXact 1688 combines a thin
Aluminum Oxide layer, highly defined
oxide barrier layer and unique pore
geometry that makes it easier to trap
water molecules. This provides a much
more sensitive, stable performance
compared to rival technologies.
The sensor tip is NIST-traceable and can
be replaced simply by a single operator.
This sensor tip replacement is easily
accomplished in the field, with
high-quality manufacturing processes
ensuring highly uniform performance
between sensor tips.
Once the sensor has been removed
from the process, the old tip is simply
unscrewed and substituted by a new
tip. Calibration data is then uploaded
into the sensor using a USB stick, via the
connected analyzer or digital controller.
Working separately, the MonoExact
DF310E and AquaXact 1688 deliver fast,
highly accurate measurements. Integrated
together, they provide an ideal solution for
the simultaneous monitoring of oxygen
and moisture in a range of applications.

The SERVOPRO MonoExact DF310E is a
next-generation digital analyzer designed
specifically for the accurate, trace-level
measurement of oxygen in industrial
gas applications. The updated, digital Coulometric sensor
provides three different parts-per-million
(ppm) ranges, while the non-depleting
Paramagnetic sensor offers percentage
measurements.
