not only be in this space but in every cell of the body. Be truly and ever present with this energy. Now move yourself up to your throat chakra. Let yourself become truly present with that energy of the throat and let that energy vibrate all through the body. The ability to communicate and to be heard. Be present with this energy. Now move to the third eye. Let this energy glow. The intuition and the ability to sense things not in the normal visible world. Become fully present with this feeling. Now moving to your crown chakra, feel that connection to the divine. Really become present with the power and connection to the divine. Going in both directions. Allow that energy to become whole and pure. Really become present with this energy.

Now take a deep breath and feel your surroundings. Is there a difference in the space now that you have moved your attention to those energies and those feelings? Now think about it. Did you have to tell each one of those energies to begin? Or did you bring your awareness to those energies. Energy in its exact definition is not something that you have to turn on and off. We as human beings have managed to obtain the ability in which to harness the energy of certain things and have been able to start and stop the flow of things such as electricity. However electricity does not cease to be just because we turn the switch off. Awareness and self are the same way. Guru Mooji discusses this event as follows:

“Being here really is just the invitation to rest as Being. There is nothing you have to do. It is not an invitation to become. You will not be scrutinized, your actions compared with those of others. That's just unicorn food. Let your river flow as it pleases. Simply observe and recognize that all is unfolding spontaneously when that inner journalist- the ego, is exposed as a myth. “

This is the spark of the self, the all-seeing experience in which we all learn and grow from. To do this however we do not have to live in the mountain top with a sage stick acting as if the rest of the world does not exist. From time to time, bringing our attention to it and allowing these energies to be observed, does give us that remembrance point, however these energies guide us each and every day. The self too is always present and observing. This is the key to letting go of each and every trauma, situation in the physical world and to become the absolute joy we are all seeking.
