I most look forward to
the educational
sessions. Hearing from
the various experts
always inspires me to
utilize the topic in a
way that would benefit
my spa operations or
my spa team. Each
speaker brings a
fresh, or different,
perspective.
I encourage everyone
to attend these
sessions because you
never know what will
inspire you. The Expo floor and the
opportunity to network
with vendors and try
new products. I also
love the Experience
Center where you can
receive the services
that highlight the lines
we could potentially be
working with. I look forward to
connecting with
vendors and spa
friends alike. Hearing
success stories and
sharing tribulations of
our spa world makes
me feel like I am part
of a movement.
I love it! I look forward to every
aspect of the ISPA
Conference and every
year is better than
before! I have to say
what I look forward to
the most, and what
has the most lasting
impact in my day-to-
day life once I return
from the Conference, is
the amazing keynote
presentations. Every
keynote I’ve seen at
ISPA has been inspiring
and memorable and I
honestly couldn’t pick
a favorite. I look forward to the
First Timer’s Orientation
to ISPA! I have never
been and our resort is a
new member of ISPA.
As our resort grows I
am excited to see what
tools I can bring back to
help increase revenue,
motivate staff and stay
current within the
