Team Outing.
Our team has now embraced the Agile methodology (iterative delivery protocol). All of our current projects in
India are now operating with Agile methodology with added focus on Business value, and we have successfully
implemented projects using this process. India TA PMO was the first team to adopt this methodology and deliver
projects outside US region.
In FY19, our focus is to create awareness about Agile approach and its benefits, to all our key stakeholders and
to ensure we prioritize and deliver projects based on highest business values.
