Federal Funds Support Projects
In 2021, the City of Port St. Lucie was allocated nearly $ 25 million in American Rescue Plan Act funds from the federal government. As of mid-November, the City has used more than $ 16 million in ARPA funds. These funds have supported key projects like road, utility, stormwater and fiber upgrades, improved emergency operations, and expanded mortgage and down payment assistance. Remaining funds must be spent by December 2026.
