In order to attract more recruits to leadership positions , compensation has generally increased across the board for spa leaders and managers ( 62 percent of spas have done so ) and almost a fifth of spas report leadership salary increases of over 10 percent . A big majority of spas have also reported increases in compensation for massage therapists ( 82 percent ). With the industry
