Through her work and personal journey , acclaimed dancer , singer , producer and Emmy Award – winning choreographer Julianne Hough founded Kinrgy , a fitness and wellness platform focused on dance , breath work and strength training . As part of world-leading hospitality group Accor , multivenue contemporary art museum and award-winning hospitality brand 21c Museum Hotels has begun the renovation and restoration of downtown St . Louis ’ historic YMCA building . Construction of the hotel is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022 . The project includes a boutique hotel , contemporary art museum , wellness center and multiple food and beverage outlets . �
