5 . Moroccanoil has announced the launch of its signature scent as a hair and body mist , the brand ’ s first expansion into the fragrance market . Named Brumes du Maroc , the mist took four years of development and will be stocked via retailers and salons , as well as the Sephora website and in-store . The product is predicted to become a bestseller for the company , with the genderless fragrance being a trademark of the company .

6 . Spa professionals in Florida recently united as a spa community at the Florida Spa Association ’ s event at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo . Representatives from ISPA provided education for the event , adding special value to a day already full of expert insights , pampering spa treatments , vendor showcases , luxury giveaways and much more .
7 . Des Moines Chamber of Commerce FuseDSM recently honored Cassie Sampson , owner of East Village Day Spa since its founding in 2008 . Sampson was named “ Entrepreneur of the Year ” and featured prominently on a billboard to highlight her success as owner of East Village Day Spa , which has been voted Des Moines ’ best spa for a decade .
8 . In August , the Citrine Consulting Collective announced the launch of its Diversity , Equity & Inclusion Assessment , a new service exclusively for spa and wellness . The Diversity , Equity & Inclusion Assessment is an evaluation of a hotel or resort organization ’ s commitment to DEI from the diverse guest perspective and offers a new way for these spas to create a safer , more inclusive environment and a better wellness experience for all guests .
9 . This summer , Elements Massage held a “ Summer Celebration ” to show appreciation for studio employees across more than 250 locations by offering 14 weeks of prizes . One Elements Massage team member won $ 10,000 at the end of August . Elements Massage provides handcrafted , personalized and therapeutic massage .
