Seven months now lie between the ISPA family and its reunion on May 2-4 in Las Vegas , Nevada , which will feature a healthy balance of beloved ISPA Conference traditions and exciting new favorites . Each day at Mandalay Bay will be filled with the prized networking and professional education opportunities in which attendees have found tremendous value since the event ’ s inception . ISPA Outreach , Career Center Address Talent Shortage
WITH MORE THAN 50,000 available career opportunities , the spa industry continues to face a tremendous workforce challenge . To meet this challenge head-on , ISPA has partnered with Get Your Dream Job to highlight the many positives of working in the spa industry for students around the United States . ISPA Vice Chair Kelleye Martin and ISPA Board Member Michelle Adams Somerville have also attended job fairs , where they have personally vouched for the spa industry as a rewarding career path and made connections with hopeful students soon to enter the job market .
Thanks to these and other efforts , many students and career seekers consistently check the ISPA Career Center for open positions in the spa industry . All ISPA members
