after spending a few years on various iSPa task forces—a great way to start
getting more involved with iSPa, by the way—i volunteered to help develop
additional educational resources alongside the iSPa foundation. i contributed to the
iSPa foundation’s Spa: A Comprehensive Introduction and Retail Management for
Spas textbooks, both of which have gone on to help countless spa leaders wrap their
heads around challenging topics.

this journey would become the most rewarding of my career! it’s provided

might help give back to the industry that gave so much joy to me.
