Ultimately, she attended massage therapy school in arizona and took her first job at the Spa at caesars Palace. in 2006, she opened Qua Baths & Spa at caesars Palace and later, in 2009, the Spa at the mandarin oriental Las Vegas. Burns moved to cincinnati, ohio, in 2012, where she’s spent the past seven years as spa manager at the Spa at 21c cincinnati. She cites her recent elevation to senior director of spa & wellness for all 21c museum hotels as her proudest professional accomplishment. Prior to joining the Board, Burns served on the iSPa Volunteer committee. for Burns, the best part of spa is its transformational nature. “Being able to transform people’s lives in just a couple of hours is my favorite thing,” says Burns. FUN FACT: natasha appeared on Wheel of Fortune and won. the leader of Bellus academy since 2005, Lynelle Lynch is an educator and industry advocate whose goal is to train the next generation of estheticians, massage therapists and beauticians. her favorite aspect of spa is the way that it transforms the lives of both guests and “the individuals who have the pleasure of being a part of the industry.” iSPa members will likely recognize Lynch from her role with Beauty changes Lives, a non-profit foundation she founded in 2009 to help individuals pursuing careers in beauty and spa. in this capacity, Lynch worked with iSPa leadership on the Get Your Dream Job campaign in 2017.
