FOR JENNIFER WAYLAND-SMITH , the fabric of her spa story is woven intricately through her spa relationships . This story , made up of many pivotal spa partnerships , ultimately culminated in the successful consulting business she leads today . It is a story of wellness and wisdom . ISPA is honored to highlight her incredible professional journey with the 2023 Dedicated Contributor Award . Recipients of this award are active ISPA members who have demonstrated leadership and commitment to ISPA and assisted extensively in the promotion of the association , as well as its mission and vision .
