LIGHT UP THE SNAPSHOT SURVEY
EACH MONTH , ISPA MEMBERS are given the opportunity to participate in Snapshot Surveys . These surveys are sent out to members by email on the third Monday of each month , and both spa and resource partner leaders are invited to share their unique insights and experiences . Designed to illuminate trending issues in the industry , the data generated from the surveys give participants an inside look at what their peers are doing to address these specific issues .
Despite the popularity of Snapshot Surveys as an exclusive ISPA member benefit , there is one aspect of the monthly surveys that can be easy for respondents to miss . At the end of each Snapshot Survey , Pulse add-on questions are presented to survey participants . Responding to these questions not only informs the Pulse team about how ISPA members are managing important issues — it also often provides the basis for future Pulse content , while also ensuring its relevance to the ISPA community .
As a member-run organization , ISPA ’ s publications and initiatives are only as strong and impactful as the members who fuel them . Participating in the Snapshot Survey add-on questions and leaving
your contact information allows ISPA to follow up , dig deeper into your experiences and insights and add critical substance to Pulse articles and recurring features such as Member Perspectives .
In addition to sharing your experiences and wisdom with the ISPA community , contributing to Pulse through the Snapshot Survey is a great way to highlight what ’ s unique and innovative about your business and your team , celebrate your successes and share your challenges . The value of these contributions to other ISPA members cannot be underestimated .
