ISPA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
THE ISPA HEADQUARTERS TEAM is well underway preparing for this month ’ s Stronger Together Summit . We have finalized excellent speakers — Seth Godin , Seth Mattison and Dr . Bryan K . Williams — for our Power Sessions and have put some great panels together for our Knowledge Builder Sessions . There will be a mix of faces both familiar and brand new to welcome us as our community comes back together in this virtual format .
One unique feature of the Summit will be our Product Learning Lab , where we will highlight all that is new and exciting with 30 key resource partner brands in fun and informative 15-minute sessions . In recording this content , I have been reminded of how much our resources partners supported our industry over the past year and thrilled at the level of innovation and number of fresh ideas that they were able to generate when so much in our lives and business was placed on hold for months .
These resource partners are a dynamic group of individuals and organizations that undergird the industry . They are an eclectic mix of personalities , passions and products that keep the day-to-day operations of our spas humming along . They are innovators and educators . “ Ideators ” and executors . A mix of genius and inspiration . All of which will be on display as we come together for the Summit . I ’ ve felt very fortunate to have a front row seat to it all this year with our Pulse Partner Interviews , Chats with Product Pros and now the Product Learning Labs . My appreciation for what ISPA ’ s resource partner members contribute to the industry has deepened tremendously . They are actually so good at what they do that we can sometimes forget what it takes to do what they do in the manner they do it !
As we keep moving through the reopening our spas , let ’ s remember the support our resource partners have shown since March of 2020 . They helped us see the road ahead more clearly , and know we all look forward to continuing down that road together .
