The spa industry is growing and changing
at an exponentially fast rate. It’s such an exciting time
for us to be a part of the spa and wellness world. This
growth, though, doesn’t come without a few snags.
One of which are the gaps we see in our workforce. As
you all know from the results of the 2017 ISPA U.S. Spa
Industry Study, there are over 30,000 open spa positions
in the U.S. alone—that’s not even considering all the
vacancies throughout the rest of the world!
That’s why the ISPA Foundation decided to fund an
