My sister has been an esthetician with Burke Williams for a couple of decades now and she told me about the ISPA conference & Expo. I did research, talked to ISPA staff members and it was the perfect fit for the AromaTherapy jewelry line. 2. in what way has your involvement with isPa helped your company grow? My company would not have grown to the spa level if it wasn’t for ISPA. yes, initially it is a significant investment for a new business to jump right in, but the return on investment is there. I should also mention the rewards, contacts, friendships, education, experience and knowledge received from my involvement with ISPA. It has been priceless! WHat scENts? Which isPa resource or tools do you find most helpful for your business? The contact list that is sent out in excel with the attendees and vendors is a great tool because collecting everyone’s business card isn’t realistic in those three days of conference. When I come across someone’s name that I met, the list assures me that we can stay in touch.
