it could be a metaphor for successful leadership in the
multi-generational workplace.
Most cakes, for instance, have basic ingredients, such
as sugar and flour. They then may include other
elements—flavorings like fruit and nuts, extracts like
vanilla—are topped with buttercream or other icings,
and decorated with candied fruit or even sprinkles. every
ingredient has its role. The secret to a beautiful cake is
how well you blend disparate ingredients to create the
result you want.
