- Located in Southeastern Europe, bordering Bulgaria, Hungary, Moldova, Serbia and Montenegro, Ukraine.- The official language is Romanian, and it is spoken by approximately 89 % of the population. Hungarian is spoken by around 7 % of the population, mainly in Transylvania.- People are addressed by their honorific title(“ Domnul” for Mr. and“ Doamna” for Mrs.) and their surname.- Romanians are naturally hospitable people and you might even be invited into their homefor a home-cooked traditional Romanian meal.- The Romanian culture is very rich in tradition and folklore.
