Pulse preview I n my interview with Great by Choice author Jim Collins, I dared to ask: “When faced with your own question, ‘When the moment comes—when afraid, exhausted, or tempted— what choice do we make?”, how would you respond to this question?” His response was direct and powerful (read Conversations on page 22). The question is so profound that it made me pause and wonder whether I, too, would have the courage to make the right—or much less, best—choice when the stand up for honesty when tempted? Would I dare to jump when afraid to take the first plunge? Would I make the choice to carry on when down and exhausted?
