Cox says, “Children deal with a great deal of stress that we are often not aware of, they are more competitive in sports and have parents with hectic schedules. Taking the time to help them learn to relax and take care of themselves is extremely important, as well as extremely enjoyable for the guest and staff.” Handley adds that, “Youths can be very self-conscious about their appearance especially when experiencing acne. Our team guides them step-by-step to help them understand how to care for their skin. We make sure they have the knowledge and the tools to take home and continue their regime.”  The Hyatt Hill Country Resort & Spa has an exclusive spa that caters to kids and teens.   Once you have all the rules for your spa down, it’s time to think about your treatment menu. The Grande Spa hit the nail on the head with their yummy lineup of chocolate coconut treatments. Their menu is divided for both teens (ages 13-17) and Keikis (meaning “kids” in Hawaiian, ages 6-12). They offer a number of different packages with massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, scrubs, mud wraps and henna tattoos.
