over 20 years of experience in opening and
operating luxury resort spas, including 14 years with Four
Seasons Hotels and Resorts and 3 years with La Costa Resort
and Spa. McCarthy sat for several years on the board of directors for the International SPA Association and speaks regularly
at industry events. He writes a blog on holistic wellness

Positive Leadership in Spas and Hospitality through the
University of California Irvine extension program on Spa and
Hospitality Management.
