How about in your own business or workplace? Are you creating
an environment that emotionally and psychologically assures your
team’s well-being and safety? For instance, are you providing your
massage therapists the proper training to ensure that they protect
themselves from work-related injuries? Occasionally conduct an internal survey to find out how your employees feel towards their own
safety and health at work. After all, healthy employees mean healthy
business.
