Pulse preview
L
ife and time seems to get by us in a blink of an eye. It seems only
yesterday when we wrapped up the post-Conference issue of Pulse
when we found ourselves knee-deep in piecing together this 2012
pre-Conference issue. I’d like to think of this preview issue as the
perfect two-minute movie trailer—big enough to pack all the impor-
tant highlights but short enough to whet your appetite for the real show.
There are several “scenes” in this issue, each carefully written, researched and
designed to help you map out your Conference experience.
SCENE 1: Conversations with Peter Sheahan (page 22). One of this year’s keynote
speakers, ChangeLabs CEO and innovations expert Peter Sheahan gets candid with
Pulse as he shares some insights on innovation. Expect more innovative ideas when
he speaks during the Wednesday General Session.

Conference, this article offers a quick glance of some of this year’s speakers, their

with trends and education to being in the forefront of new product launches.
There are many more Conference highlights within this issue’s 90 pages. I
encourage you to read each page to help you plan your Conference experience early.
But most especially, be sure to be at the “real show” at Gaylord Palms Resort &
Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida on Oct. 15 -17. You don’t want to miss
an ISPA blockbuster!
