Keep an eye out for the third volume of the Spa Consumer Snapshot Initiative. As a free benefit available to ISPA members, research from this initiative highlights key consumer insights into why individuals choose to visit or not visit a spa. This valuable data will help us gauge consumer motivation and better understand their attitude toward the spa industry.
