Wednesday's General Session was a mix of recognitions and
insights.

THE SIGHTS: Wednesday was a blend of fun partying and insights. Attendees continued to pour in at the Professional
Development Sessions which was ongoing since Monday. At the General Session, John and Karen Korpi accepted their ISPA
Dedicated Contributor Award while Marcus Buckingham delivered a thought-provoking idea on viewing strengths and weaknesses
unconventionally. Then, at the Evening Networking Event, attendees traded their comfy shoes with party stilettos and pumps as
they danced, mingled and celebrated ISPA’s 20 years!
