2010 ISPA Conference & Expo Survey Says: ★ 85 percent of attendees and 89 percent of exhibitors said the 2010 ISPA Conference & Expo met their expectations ★ Education was again the top reason attendees attended Conference Whether catching up with old friends, meeting new ones or planning one's Conference route, attendees knew how to spend their time. ★ 197 people (the most in Professional Development Session attendance) attended John Korpi & Ryan Crabbe’s “The Seven Financial Habits of Highly Successful Spas ★ Bryan Williams earned the most points for “Best Speaker per Session” by the attendees ★ 100 percent of the exhibitors that responded said they would exhibit in 2011 ★ 90 percent of attendees said they plan to attend next year’s Conference ★ 58 percent of attendees and 59 percent of exhibitors and sponsors would like for Conference to be three days or less If success is quantified merely by the numbers, then the 2010 ISPA Conference & Expo is a runaway success given that it drew in a total of 2,445 attendees and 174 sponsors and exhibitors from 41 countries!
