WOW — WHAT A POWERFUL EVENT THE STRONGER TOGETHER SUMMIT WAS ! So many folks have asked me to name my favorite part ( or , as Bryan Williams would say , the crispy part ) but honestly , I cannot pick one — from the Power Sessions to the Knowledge Builder Sessions , All About You events and Product Learning Labs , there was something to learn from everyone . We had more than 50 speakers and 20 sponsors sharing their passion for living a better life . Our tremendous spa community deserves a special thank you for all the love !
But I must say I loved that Debbie Fuehrer , a panelist in the Knowledge Builder Session on mental well-being , shared that if you laugh twice a day , you boost your immune system for 12 hours ! Laughter , as it turns out , really is the very best medicine . Fortunately for me , my cute husband is the funniest person I know , and we laugh together every day .
A huge shout out to the small but mighty ISPA
Headquarters Team is also in order . Like many of you , during the pandemic we reduced our staff and then doubled the workload . I am amazed and incredibly grateful every minute of every day for the innovative and resilient brains on the ISPA
Team . And big love to Crystal Ducker , ISPA Vice President , who always helps us to reinvent how we deliver for our members . Of course , we ’ re also so appreciative of the ISPA Board , who trust us to reimagine and fly with every crazy idea . And do we even need to say how incredible our King of
Everything — Chairman extraordinaire Patrick Huey — is ? He always rocks the camera and makes everything look easy .
Now , it ’ s time to recharge . Thanks to the ISPA Foundation Spring Auction , my cute husband and I are getting on a plane for the first time in over a year as we head to Casa de Campo to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary ! We plan to totally unplug and enjoy the downtime … stronger together .
