3. To help during the global pandemic, The
HydraFacial Company pivoted their FDA and ISO
manufacturing to aid in the supply of masks.
Although these masks do not meet requirements
for frontline medical workers, they are being used
for other essential healthcare workers and business
employees working during this time.
4. Upon closure during the COVID-19 crisis, Glen Ivy
Hot Springs decided to donate the entire harvest
from its 18-acre organic farm to the property’s team
of employees and the local community. CEO Ingo
Schweder stated, “I made the decision to give away
the entire recent harvest of avocadoes and oranges
because our team’s immune system needs good
oil = avocados and vitamin C = oranges.”
5. [ comfort zone ] created its own hand sanitizing
gel named Good Hope Gel in the midst of the
coronavirus pandemic. The company produced and
donated 100,000 bottles to its partners, customers,
collaborators and charitable causes in collaboration
with Solidarity Forum in Italy, which serves
municipal rest homes, the Red Cross and other
nonprofit services.

6. The Four Seasons Hotel in New York City provided
free lodging to healthcare workers responding to
the coronavirus pandemic. Ty Warner, founder and
chairman of the company that owns the luxury
hotel, said, “Our healthcare workers are working tirelessly
on the front lines of this crisis. Many of those
working in New York City have to travel long distances
to and from their homes after putting in 18-
hour days. They need a place close to work where
they can reset and regenerate.”
7. Technogym donated 1 million euros to support
the urgent purchase of intensive care units for
hospitals in Italy. Nerio Alessandri, CEO and
founder of Technogym stated, “In the emergency
we are living in, it is more than ever important to
support our health system and the incredible
work that our doctors and nurses are doing to
stem the impact of COVID-19.”
