Carolina Hayes Director of Education & Business Development Dr. Hauschka’s Skin Care South Deerfield, Massachusetts Yoga or Aerobics? I love both! I am an avid runner that logs between 20 and 25 miles per week, while yoga is key to stretch those tight muscles and clear the mind and spirit. Sensible Shoes or Stilettos? Stilettos, of course! Jimmy Moss Director of Education North America [ comfort zone ] north america New York, New York Jazz or Rock? Rock. I spend every day listening to spa music while training. I strive for balance in everything in life. A little rock-and-roll is good for the soul at the end of the day. Audiobook or Paperback? Audiobook. I always have my phone and iPad with me. Jeans. Nothing is sexier than a great pair of jeans, nice shoes and a sport coat. It’s business and pleasure al ܘ\Y[
