After a fun run with Platinum
Sponsors in Pulse’s May issue,
let’s turn our attention to this
year’s Gold Sponsors. Read a few of their
personal favorites to help you break the ice on
the Expo floor, find common interests and exchange a
few friendly conversations.
We can’t say thank you enough to all of the 2015 ISPA Conference & Expo sponsors. Through their enormous support, the ISPA community
is eager to rock this year’s event! For a complete list of sponsors and to register for the 2015 ISPA Conference & Expo, visit attendispa.com.

Yoga or Aerobics? I love
both! I am an avid runner that
logs between 20 and 25 miles
per week, while yoga is key to
stretch those tight muscles
and clear the mind and spirit.
Sensible Shoes or Stilettos?
Stilettos, of course! The higher,
the better. Loubotins are
always my preference. As
Christian Louboutin himself
once said: “A shoe has so much
more to offer than just a walk.”
Suspense Movies or
Drama? Any movie—as long
as Meryl Streep or Clint
Eastwood are part of the cast.
As a matter of fact, one of my
all-time favorite movies,
Bridges of Madison County,
has both actors in it.

Jazz or Rock? Rock. I spend
every day listening to spa
music while training. I strive for
balance in everything in life. A
little rock-and-roll is good for
the soul at the end of the day.
Audiobook or Paperback?
Audiobook. I always have my
phone and iPad with me. The
thought of having to pack a
book exhausts me.
Hiking or Running? Hiking.
I’m running a mental marathon
every day. The last thing I want
is to have to lace up my sneakers. I like to be in the moment
and able to “stop and smell the
roses.”
Sneakers or Loafers?
Loafers. I’m a sucker for a great
pair of shoes. Don’t judge; we
all have our weaknesses.
Jeans or Khakis? Jeans.
Nothing is sexier than a great
pair of jeans, nice shoes and a
sport coat. It’s business and
pleasure al ܘ\Y[
