Resource Partner Roundup While the COVID-19 pandemic hasn’t hit resource partners quite as hard as it has hit spas, resource partners have still had to adapt. 65 percent of respondents have transitioned to working remotely; 34 percent have furloughed employees; 34 percent have reduced their working hours. Many resource partners are staying top-of-mind, however, through webinars (59 percent), new training resources (50 percent) and affiliate programs (32 percent). Interestingly, while 32 percent of resource partner respondents have lowered their advertising spend, 13 percent have increased it.
