ISPA MEMBERS WORLDWIDE have told us that their biggest
challenge is finding qualified talent at both the management and service provider
levels, as well as retaining the talent that they already have. With that in mind, this
year features ISPA’s first-ever pre-Conference Super Session.
Equip yourself with the knowledge and tools you need to hire, engage and
retain a remarkable spa workforce at this two-and-a-half hour education session
featuring Dr. Bryan Williams. Several speakers will lead education, activities
and discussion on how to improve your hiring process, onboard new staff and
create an environment for your current staff to thrive. Industry veterans with a
proven track record of success will share their success stories, and the session
will end with a dedicated period for creating a plan of action for you to leave
Conference with.
Admission to the Super Session is complimentary with full-Conference
registration, but you must RSVP to attend. The RSVP form is included as part of
