Pulse Jet Valve what is it? Why it is called Dust Collector?
Why you need it!
General Pulse Jet Valve Description:
Maniks has developed Pulse valve and Pilot Valve for reverse pulse jet bag filters, offering
precisely engineered product of market need. Pulse Valve has just one moving part, the
diaphragm. The unique springless construction provides fast opening and closing of the
valve. The high speed operation besides saving of compressed air helps to provide shock
air wave for dislodging of dust from filter bags. High flow, long life and fast diaphragm
action produce reliable and economical operation.
Operation of Pulse Jet Valve:
Maniks pulse jet valves are operated by integral pulse solenoid valve pilot operator. When
the solenoid valve is energized, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphragm is quickly
exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pilot valve is de -
energized , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm
pressure and instantly closes the valve that’s why it is called as pneumatic pulse valve.
