HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I don’t know about you, but I am so excited for a new year, new challenges and new
adventures! ISPA is also embarking on a new adventure of its own: our first-ever Resource
Partner Summit and ISPA Talent Symposium this coming April. These two single-day
events, to be held on April 14 and 15, will provide guidance, tips and takeaways to help us
better attract, evaluate and retain talent. Be sure

Every year ISPA looks for ways to continuously
enhance and add value to your membership, and
we’ve got a lot in store for our 30th anniversary
year. In addition to those April events, keep an eye
out this month for a refreshed Snapshot Survey
look, plus many more cool, new enhancements
spread throughout the year, such as an additional Reveal Box early this summer and a
steady stream of new, meaningful content uploaded to the online ISPA Academy. The ISPA
Board of Directors will also have its first meeting of 2020 in January, and we’ll be sending
out a post-meeting report to all members as part of our effort to increase communication.
As you can see, we have a lot to look forward to in the year ahead, and as new
challenges and opportunities arise for our industry, you can count on ISPA to be there.
If there’s a problem you need help solving or a resource you wish you had, please let us
know—the solution might be yet another new benefit we provide to our members in 2020.
