DO YOU EVER WONDER how your peers would handle a situation ? Maybe you ’ re curious what other leaders in the spa industry have to say on a certain subject . In Sound Off , we ask ISPA members from differing backgrounds , countries and companies the same question and see how their answers compare .

“ In recent months , what type of treatment add-on or upgrade has been most popular with guests at your spa ?”
JULIA PETRINI The Delamar Hotel – SPA Regional Director of Spas
“ For our facial treatments the most requested upgrades were the professional peels and LED lights and Multi-Wave technology combined with potent peptides to clarify , smooth and firm tired skin . These requests were primarily driven by the skin conditions generated by mask wearing and lack of professional services for a long time during Covid . For massage services , the most requested upgrade was the hot stone and the scalp massage . ”
ROBERT SEIBEL Spa Las Palmas at Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort Director of Spa
“ A lot of our guests are choosing the Life-Force Wellness treatments for their massage or facial services that we are providing . The Life-Force Wellness treatments are incorporating products from Laboratory of Flowers Aromatherapy and Eminence Organic Skin Care .”
DIEGO QUINTERO
The Point of Adventura Spa Director
“ We have introduced Cupping Therapy as a 30-minute treatment for stress , cellulite , and digestive improvements . We have also made it available to enhance regular massages at a discount price . In addition , CBD cream and Himalaya stones offered as an enhancement to the traditional massages have been very successful with our residents and our service providers who get to upgrade their services .” ■
