If recent trends continue , it won ’ t be long before men are enjoying every aspect of spa with fewer reservations and greater confidence . That said , if your spa is considering implementing a dedicated men ’ s menu , Silva says , it ’ s best to start simply and build up from there . “ Just start easy . All three spa leaders cited here say that men now make up at least 30 percent of their total clientele , and in each case , that number represents an increase compared to recent years . It may be likely that those numbers will continue to climb no matter what , but for spas seeking to bring the benefits of spa to more men , the opportunity to get intentional about those goals — and achieve them — has never been more apparent . ■
