just have to sit back and listen. My objective as a host is to help the person feel comfortable with me so they forget about the cameras and we just have a nice conversation. P: What key wellness trends for seniors were highlighted by some of your segment guests? K: One big takeaway is that it is never too late to begin. Regardless of how old we are, we can still do things to feel better as we age. We would like to be instrumental in changing the thought-process about aging. We continue to ascend and become healthier and happier human beings as we age. It is at the peak of our ascent that we can reflect back on our life and feel joy for a life well-lived. P: What would you consider to be the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout this entire experience? K: One of the most important lessons I have learned is that, no matter how I feel about myself on any particular day, I have to show up and do my best. That’s because this endeavor is not about me, but is actually bigger. I have to be higher than the self-critical voice that tries to keep me smaller.
