What follows is a rundown of all the workshops in this year’s edition of our beloved fest.
Ethical Hacking and Cyber Forensics
Game and App Building
Cyber forensics, a new and upcoming field in
computers, is extensively linked to ideas of ethical
hacking. This workshop is all about that. After
establishing this link, those attending the workshop would
study email analysis and IP tracing, web server forensics,
identity thefts and SQL injunctions, before moving on to OS
forensics, which would involve data storage devices, data
shredding and recovery, attributes of files and malware
removal. Date: 28-29th March 2014. For Details, ContactSumantra Sharma (+91 9772227757)
By using SCRATCH, the MIT media labs
programming software, participants will get to create their own
game with character development and character behaviour,
background interaction and storylines. It will also allow them to
make games controlled by hand gestures using a Microsoft
Kinectâ„¢ controller. It aims to convert creative plots and stories
into a finished game. Date : 28-29th March 2014. For Details,
