4 . Montage International has announced the 2023 opening of Pendry Cincinnati in the city ’ s historic Gwynne Building . In addition to 168 guest rooms and suites , four unique lounge , bar and restaurant experiences , the hotel includes 6,500 sq . ft . of indoor event space and Spa Pendry , focused on providing guests a healing and restorative journey .
5 . Sensei will open its first location in the continental United States — Sensei Porcupine Creek — in Rancho Mirage , California , in early 2022 . The wellness retreat will be located at the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains on a converted 230-acre private estate , alongside a private golf course , tennis courts and a spa . The resort will work with guests pre-arrival to craft personalized itineraries that include yoga , hikes , meditation , spa treatments , nutritional consultations and more .
6 . Accor ’ s lifestyle brand SO / Hotels & Resorts unveiled its first property in Spain in July 2021 . Situated on the Mediterranean coast between Marbella and Gibralter , SO / Sotogrande Resort & Spa will focus on well-being , sport and recovery . The 151-room hotel will also feature an eight-treatment-room SO / Spa and SO / Fitness space . n
